Peabody, Edward R Murrow, and Emmy Award-winning Composer and flutist, Kat Epple, has released 33 music albums internationally. Her film scores include: National Geographic, Nova, CNN, Valentino Fashion Runway Show, History Channel, Science Network, Travel Channel, PBS, and more. Kat has performed at venues such as NYC Museum of Modern Art, The National Gallery, United Nations, Palazzo dei Diamanti Museum, Italy, London’s Union Chapel, Oceania Cruiseline, Asia, Africa, and at Guggenheim Museums around the world. She performed live music with the Merce Cunningham Dance Company, and for many years for her friend, legendary visual artist, Robert Rauschenberg’s, art openings internationally. She performs on, and lectures about indigenous flutes which she has collected in her travels throughout the world.
