I have enjoyed working and collaborating with the beautiful Mayan women and children of Southwest Florida. They create traditional Guatemalan drums, and I helped them to learn to play them and put a performance together which included the drums, flute, dance, their traditional songs, and their multi-color hand made costumes. We performed in concert last sunday as our final gathering! I was sorry to say goodbye to them, as our class together was finished. I will miss them.
